Contributions to OC Fees

  1. A contribution to the total Owners Corporation fees payable for the first 12 months from the date of settlement will be paid to the Owners Corporation upon the purchaser’s completion of settlement (Offer).
  2. The amount of the Owners Corporation fees contributed by the vendor, May21 Pty Ltd will be calculated based on the total Owners Corporation fees payable for the apartment at settlement.
  3. The purchaser is responsible for the payment of any Owners Corporation fees that are:
    1. in excess of the Owners Corporation fees contributed by the vendor, May21 Pty Ltd at settlement; or
    2. payable after the first 12 month period after the date of settlement.No further contribution to the payment of Owners Corporation fees will be provided by the vendor, May21 Pty Ltd to the purchaser after the date of settlement.
  4. The Offer is available from 20 February 2022 to 30 June 2022.
  5. The Offer is applicable to unconditional contracts of sale for an apartment in either West Side Place Tower A at 260 Spencer Street, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia or West Side Place Tower B at 639 Little Lonsdale Street, Melbourne Victoria, Australia. A contract of sale will be regarded as unconditional if the following conditions are satisfied:
  6. The contract of sale has been fully executed by the purchaser and the vendor, May21 Pty Ltd; and
    The deposit referred to in the contract of sale has been paid in full in accordance with the terms of the contract of sale;
    May21 Pty Ltd reserves the rights to amend, alter or terminate the Offer and/or the timing or duration of the Offer at any time at May21 Pty Ltd’s sole and absolute discretion, without notice (except as required by law).
